Will always speak highly of All Natural. Ryan, Darin, Teresa, April, Kaela, and all staff in between have been A+++ tier since I started my business. They answer the phone, they are always on time, and they are the definition of an amazing local business. I will use All Natural for all my grass, rock, dirt, stone, and all in between as long as I am in business. Cannot speak highly enough about these guys!

I can't decide. I ordered 4 yards of 3/4" gravel but after they unloaded it I discovered it wasn't clean gravel. It was 3/4" minus so it has a lot of small pieces and "dust". It's good for pavers and such but not so much for retaining wall back fill. The last time I ordered it I got clean gravel. Their website doesn't even show a separate 3/4" minus though I now notice that 3/4" gravel describes it with fines (dust). But then the close-up image of it looks like clean gravel. I think it will work out okay. I'm raking out some of the larger stones for backfill and using the rest for the base.

Ordered a pallet of Bermuda rolls delivered to my house. They are good at accommodating the schedule request but rolls very dry and dead looking grass when arrived. Applied with in 2-3 hours of delivery. Watered twice a day. It’s been 3 weeks since we lay the sod. Very sparse sprouts from the stems that survived. And almost half of the rolls have 1-1.5 feet of dead grass (outer layers of the roll). Couple of rolls almost dead. Do not look so fresh to me as they claim. It seems the grass was cut atleast 2-3 days prior to delivery. I have seen lush green dense grass in 2-3 weeks of good sod application before Update: I have emailed them them the initial dry grass pictures that grew only sparse grass. They have sent me a new pallet of grass to my home with lots of green at delivery better than my 3 weeks old grass. Its extra work for me but I liked the way the customer service reached out to me. so I am changing rating to 4stars.

Thanks to All Natural Stone and Grass for thier delivery of about 8 yards of material (dirt and gravel). The driver, Carlos, was a professional and skilled driver that squeezed through my 10 foot gate without any damage to anything and dropped right where I needed. Prompt, Careful and Courteous, Carlos even followed up to make sure all went well. 5 Stars! Thanks guys!

DON’T BUY GRASS HERE I’ll join ranks of All Natural selling me dead St Augustine grass and then not taking responsibility. When the grass was picked up, it was pointed out it looked bad but they said it would perk right up. They blamed the installer, the soil, and everyone except themselves for selling us dead grass. Both my me and my installer contacted them times received nothing but denials and a lack of responsibility. Darren, the manager, came out said the dogs were ruining it, then the pine trees were ruining it, and then I needed to add fertilizer. Then claiming the grass wasn’t dead when he sold it, when it is clearly dead. He offered to replace a few pieces but I need at least two whole pallets to fix the junk he sold us. I’ve spent $1000s with them on rock, grass, and projects in my yard and with our HOA but never again. Find a different company if you want to deal with someone with ethics.
